       southermost bounded tree of the said Tolleys Land and runing south downe
       the bay for the Length of one hundred and fifty perches to a marked oake and
       bounding on the south w.th a Line drawn west for the Length of three hundred &
so in y.e origat      twenty perches on the west w.th a Line drawn north from thend of the west Line
       unto the Land of the said Tolley on the north w.th the said Land on the east with
       the said bay containing and then Laid out for three hundred acres more or Less
       To hold the same unto the said John James his heires and assignes for ever as in
       and by the same pattent relacon being thereunto had may more at Large
       appear And Whereas the said John James by his Certaine Deed poll or assignm.t
       duley executed bearing date the thirteenth day of Septemb.r in the yeare of
       our Lord sixteen hundred sixty four for the consideracon therein menconed did
       bargaine & sell unto Thomas ^Billingsley^ father of the said Thomas Billingsley party to
       these presents and to his heires for ever one hundred and fifty acres of Land part
       of the said three hundred acres next adjoyning to the Land of the said Tolley Calling
       the same by the name of Jemmoll as in and by the said deed poll relacon
       being thereunto likewise had more at Large it doth and may appeare and
       Whereas also Charles Absolute Lord and propry of the said province of
       Maryland &c by his deed of Grant or pattent under the Great Seale of
       Maryland afd bearing date the eighth day of March sixteen hundred
       eighty two for the Consideracons therein Menconed did also grant unto James
       Boullay and Nich.o Painter All that Tract or percell of Land lying in
       Kent County Called the Dineing Roome Lying on Chester River Begining
       at a marked Hiccory Tree standing near a Great Stone upon a plaine at the
       head of Fary Creek and runing with a Line south and by east foure hundred
so in y.e originat      p.s and from thend of the south and by east Line w.th a Line drawne west & by south
so in y.e originat      two hundred per and from thend of the west & by south Line w.th a Line drawn north
so in y.e originat      and by west four hundred p.s and from thend of the north and by west Line w.th a
       Line drawn east and by north two hundred poles to the first bounded hiccory
       Containing and Laid out for five hundred acres more or Less to hold the same
       unto the said James Boullay and Nicholas Painter and their heires for ever
       as by the same pattent relacon being thereunto had may more at Large
       appeare & whereas Likewise the same Charles Lord & proprietary by one other
       Deed or pattent bearing date the Twenty fourth day of March in the said yeare of
       our Lord sixteen hundred eighty two for the Consideracons therein menconed
       did likewise Grant unto the afd James Boullay and Nicholas Painter
       all that other tract of Land lying in Kent County afd Called Vianero Begining at
       a marked oake standing at the head of the easter most branch of Fary Creeke
       and runing north and by west three hundred perches to a marked Hiccory tree
       standing up on a plaine neer one of the branches of Morgan Creeke and runing
       from the said Hiccory tree w.th a Line drawn East & by north one hundred &
       sixty perches and from the end of the eastermost Line w.th a Line drawne
       south & by east three hundred p.s and from the end of the south and by east Line
       w.th a Line drawn west & by south one hundred and sixty perches to the first
       bounded Red Oake Containing and Laid out for three hundred acres more or
       less To hold the same unto the said James Boullay & Nicholas Painter their
       heires and assignes for ever as by the said Last recited pattent may appeare
       And Whereas also the same Charles Lord & propry by one other deed of Grant
       or pattent bearing date the six and twentieth day of March in the year of
       our Lord sixteen hundred eighty three for the Consideracon therein menconed
       did also grant unto the said James Boullay and Nicholas Painter
       all that other Tract of Land lying in Kent County afd Called by the
