56 allwayes and it is the True intent and Meaning of these presents that of the said Philemon Lloyd his heires ex.rs adm.rs or assignes shall and will well and Truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Micajah Perry Thomas Lane and Richard Perry or some or one of them or their some or one of their execut.rs adm.rs or assignes at or in the Comon Dineing Hall of the Inner Temple in the City of London aforesaid the just and full sume of six hundred pounds of Lawfull Money of England with Interest ^at^ of six p cent p ann at or upon the sixth Day of Feb.ry which shall be in the year of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred and Twelve next ensueing between the hour of Nine and Twelve of the Clock in the forenoone of the same Day that then and from thence forth as well this present Grant Bargaine Sale and Confirmation of all and singular the said Tracts of Land or Ground and premisses and every of them with their appurtenances aforesaid as alsoe these present Indentures and every Covenant Clause article and agreement in the same specified and contained shall be utterly void frustrate and determined to all intents and purposes whatsoever as if these presents had never been made or Done any thing in these presents contained to the Contrary thereof in any wise Notwithstanding And that upon payment of the said sume of six hundred pounds with Interest in the Manner and forme in the provisoe or Condition for that purpose above Menconed and appointed as aforesaid they the said Micajah Perry Thomas Land and Richard Perry their heires or assignes shall and Will at the reasonable Request and Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Philemon Lloyd his heires or assignes by good and sufficient Conveyances and Assureances in the Law Grant and recovery unto the said Philemon Lloyd his heires and assignes for ever all and singular the said severall tracts of Land and premisses with the appurtenances free and Clear of all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever ariseing by any act or acts of the said Micajah Perry Thomas Lane and Richard Perry or any or either of them or their heires execut.rs adm.rs or assignes or any of them In Wittness Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and seales the Day and year first above Written Philemon Lloyd (seale) On the back of the foregoing Deed was thus endorst viz (signed) |
