       good sure and Indefeizable Estate of Inheritance to him and
       his heires in fee simple And That alsoe at the sealing
       and Delivery of these presents he the said Philemon Lloyd hath
       good right full power and lawfull authority to Grant bargaine
       sell release aliene enfeoffe and Confirme all and singular
       the said Tracts of Land or Ground and premisses and every of them
       with their appurtences aforesaid unto the said Micajah Thomas
       and Richard their heires and assignes for ever in manner afd
       And That for and not withstanding any act matter or thing
       whatsoever heretofore by the said Philemon Lloyd or his ancestors
       or assignes or those whose estate he hath in the premises
       wittingly or willingly Comitted suffered or Done or hereafter
       by the said Philemon Lloyd or his ancestors or assignes
       Wittingly or Willingly to be Comitted suffered or Done they
       the said Micajah Thomas and Richard and their heires and
       assignes shall and may lawfully peaceably and quietly
       have hold occupy possess and enjoy for her all and singular
       the said Tracts of Land and Ground and premisses and every of them
       with their appurtenances aforesaid unto them the said Micajah
       Thomas and Richard and their heires and assignes for ever according
       to the True intent and Meaning of these presents And That he
       the said Philemon Lloyd his heires executors and assignes shall
       and will at any time or times hereafter within the space
       of fourteen yeares next ensueing at the Reasonable request
       of the said Micajah Thomas and Richard or any or either
       of them their heires and assignes at the Moderate Costs and
       Charges In the Law of the said Philemon Lloyd his heires
       or ex.rs Make Doe Levy suffer and execute or cause or procure
       to be Made Done Levyed suffered and executed all such further
       and other Acts Deed and Deeds and sufficient Conveyances
       and assureances in the Law as by the said Micajah Thomas
       and Richard or any or either of them their heires or assignes or
       his or their Councill Learned In the Law shall be Reasonably
       Devised Advised or required of the said Philemon Lloyd his heires
       executors or assignes for the further and better assureance
       surety and sure makeing of the said severall Tracts of Land
       with every of their appurtences unto them the said Micajah
       Thomas and Richard their heires and assignes for ever provided
