       Laid out for and allotted unto Vincent Lowe late of the said County
       of Talbot Deseased and lately purchased by the said Phillemon Lloyd
       of M.r W.m Coursey who was Impowered by an act Lately passed
       in the Gen.ll Assembly of this province to sell the Land belonging to
       the said Lowe and now in the possession or occupacon of the said
       Philemon Lloyd or his assignee or assignes Together with all and
       singular the houses edifices woods underwoods wood grounds
       Orchards Gardens Barnes stables profitts Comodities advantages
       Hereditaments appendances and appurtences in or upon the said
       severall tracts of Land or Ground and premisses or any or either of
       them or any parte or parcell of them or any or either of them or
       thereunto belonging or in any Wise appertaineing or Reputed
       or Take thereunto to belong or appertaine and all and singular
       Deeds Charters Evidences and Writeings Relateing unto or in any wise
       Concerneing the said premisses or any of them now in the power or
       Custody of the said Phillemon Lloyd or of any other person or
       persons in Trust for him or to his use and the Revercon and Revercons
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profitts of all and
       singular the premisses and all the estate right title interest property
       Claime and Demand whatsoever in Lower Equity of him the said
       Phillemon Lloyd of in and to the same or any parte or parcell Thereof
       To Have and To Hold The said severall Tracts of Land
       or Ground and every of them and all and singular other the premisses
       with their and every of their appurtences (herein before Granted
       Released and Confirmed or intended soe to be unto them the said Micajah
       Thomas and Richard their heires exec.rs and assignes for ever And
       the said Philemon Lloyd for himselfe his heires executors adm.rs and
       assignes Doth Covenant and Grant to and with the said Micajah
       Thomas and Richard their heires executors adm.rs and assignes by these
       presents in Manner and forme following (That is to say
       That he the said Philemon Lloyd at the time of the sealing
       and Delivery of these presents is and standeth seized of all and
       singular the said Tracts of Land or Ground and premisses and every
       of them with theire appurtences herein before Menconed of a
