53) and Richard Perry unto the said Philemon Lloyd at an before the sealeing and Delivery of these presents in hand well and Truly paid the Receipt whereof the said Philemon Lloyd Doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every parte and parcell thereof Doth acquitt exonerate Release and Discharge the said Micajah Thomas and Richard and every of them and every of their heires executors adm.rs and assignes for ever by these presents Hath Granted bargained sold Released aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant bargaine sell Release aliene enfeoffe and Confrme unto The said Micajah Thomas and Richard and to their heires and assignes All That Tract of Land or Ground Containeing by Comon Estimation One thousand Acres be the same More less scituate lyeing and being in and upon Lloyd Insula in the River of Wye in Talbot County aforesaid Now in the Tenure or Occupacon of the said Philemon Lloyd his under Tenn.ts or Assignes and formerly laid out for and allotted unto Thomas Cary of the said Citty of London Merchant (one third parte whereof was Devised to the said Philemon Lloyd in and by the last Will and Testament of Henrietta Maria Lloyd his late Mother Deceased and the other Two third partes thereof Were by him purchased of Phillemon Hemsley of Talbot County aforesaid And alsoe all that tract of Land or Ground Containing by estimation Two hundred and sixteen acres be the same more or less called the out Lett scituate lying and being in and upon the head of Leeds Creeke in S.t Michalls River in Talbot County aforesaid which said Tract of Land and number of Acres last Menconed were formerly laid out for and allotted unto the said Henrietta Maria Lloyd and by her last will and Testament Devised to the said Phillemon Lloyd and his heires for ever and now are in the possion or occupation of the said Philemon Lloyd or his assignee or assignes and alsoe all that Tract of Land or Ground Comonly Called or Known by the Name of Lewes Choyce Containeing by Estimation one thousand acres more or less scituate lyeing and being near the head of Choptank River in Dorsett County and formerly (laid) |
