517 That is to say that he the said Charles Stephens his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs will from time to time and at all times hereafter for ever warrant and Defend the aforemenconed Granted Lands and Pmises with their appurtinances unto the only proper use and behoof of the said Charles and John Stephens their heirs and assignes Against him the said Charles his heirs and assignes and all Manner of persons who shall claime any Right Title or Intrest thereunto by from or under him the said Charles Stevens his heirs and assignes for ever or any of them In wittness whereof the said Charles Stevens hath hereunto sett his Hand & fixed his seal the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of Richard Warfield W.m Orrick his William Stevens Charles C S Stevens (Sea) mark May the 18.th 1719 Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court for this Province Charles Stevens and acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands therein Menconed to be the Right of the within Named Charles and John Sevens their heirs and assignes forever and at the same time came Sarah the wife of the said Charles Stevens & acknowledged her Right of Dower to the said Land according to Law Sam.ll Young Recorded May the 26.th 1719 |
