    x.d               This Indenture Made this eighteenth day of May
       Anno Domini one Thousand seven hundred and nineteen   Between
       Charles Stevens of Baltemore County Planter of the one Part and
       Charles and John Stevens sons of John Stevens Late of Annarundell
       County decd of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas ^whereas^ the s.d Charles
       and John Steavens where ^were^ in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hund.d
       and seven Equally possessed of a parcell of Land lyeing in Baltemore Co.ty
       in the woods one the east side of Putuxent River called Stevens Forrest
       for which my Mutall agreement pattent issued to the said Charles for
       the whole containeing seven hundred and two acres or promis that he
       the said Charles should at the request of the said John equally devide the
       same  But since that Time the said Charles and John finding that
       part of the said Tract was Likely to be incumbered by elder surveys
       so that it was very uncertain what Quantity of Land would remaine for him     
       agreed that the said John should onely have for his part of the said Tract one
       hundred and forty acres to be taken out of the said seven hundred and two
       acres and to lye at the Lower end of the said Tract called Stephens Forrest
       on Putuxent River and to Lye in a square since which last agreement
       the John dyes Wherefore the said Charles Stephens for the consideration
       have Given Granted Bargined Sold Alienated Enfeofed and ^Confirmed and^ by these psents
       Doth Give Grant Bargin Sell Allien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the said
       Charles and John Sons of the said John Stevens Decd all and singular the
       aforementioned one hundred and forty Acres of Land to lye in a square as af.d
       with all and singular its Rights Members Jurisdictions Appurtinances
       and Authority what soever to the same Belonging or in any Wise appertaining
       To have and to hold the said one hundred and forty Acres of Land and pmises
       with the appurtinances before these psents Granted Conveyed and Confirmed
       and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Charles and John Stevens
       (Equally to be Devided) their heirs and assignes unto the only proper use
       use and behoof of the said Charles and John Stevens their heirs and assignes
       and assignes for ever and the said Charles Stevens doth for him self
       his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant and Grant to and with the said
       Charles and John Stevens sons of the said John Stevens Decd their
       heirs and assignes by these psents in Manner and form following
