                 This Indenture Made the seventh day of Fabruary
                 Anno Domini Seventeen Hundred and Eighty ^Between^ James Bowles
       of Saint Maries County Esq.r of the one part And Danil Dulany
       of Prince Georges County Gent of the Other part Wittnesseth
       that the said James for and in consideration of one hundred p sterl
       to him in hand paid by the said Daniell his Ex.rs and Adm.rs thereof
       & of every part thereof Doth Accquit and Discharge Hath bargained
       sell and confirm and by these psents doth Bargine unto the said Dan.l
       All that parcell of Land lyeing n Baltemore County called Charles's
       Bounty Begining at a bounded White Oake being the uppermos bounded
       Tree of Cæcils Adventure runing from thence South South west five
       hundred pches then west North west three hundred and twenty pches
       then North North East five hundred pches then w.th a direct Line to the
       first tree containeing One Thousand Acres more or Less To have & hold
       the said Land to the said Daniell Dulany his heirs and assignes for
       ever to And the said James Bowles for him self his ex.rs adm.rs doth
       covenant pmiss & agree to & with the said Danil Dulany in Manner
       and form following Viz.t that he the said James Bowles at the Ensealing
       Delivery of these psents is and standeth seized in his Demesne
       as of fee of the said Land and every part thereof and hath in himself
       Good Right and Title to sell and convey the said Land and then the same
       and every part thereof shall for ever and by Virtue of these psents
       be well and sufficient Warranted and Defended to him the said
       Daniel Dulany his heirs and assignes And Lastly that he the
       James shall and will at any time hereafter at the poper cost &
       charge of him the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assignes
       execute any further or other instrument or conveyance of the
       Premisses that shall be Devised or Required by the the said Dan.l
       Dulany his heirs and assignes In Wittness whereof the said James
       Bowles hath hereunto sett his hand and seal this day and year
       first above Written
