                on the back of y.e s.d Deed was thus enderst Viz.t

       June 30.th 1711   Then Came the within named Charles Rivers before me Phil
       Loyd one of her Majtys Justices of the prov.ll Court and acknowledged the within deed
       according to act of assembly in that Case made & pvided and the within Named Anne Rivers
       wife to the s.d Charles being privately examined gave her free will & Consent thereto w.thout
       any Compulsion of her s.d Husband

8½ sides  in the Year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred & eleven
       Between James Richardson of Baltemore County in the province
       of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and John Brice of the County of
       Annarundell Merch.t of the other part Wittnesseth Wittnesseth that
       whereas the Right hon.ble the Lord Baltemore did Grant unto Thomas
       Richardson of Baltemore County a Certaine tract of Land Called
       Richardsons Outlett Lying and being on the south side of Gunpowder
       River in Baltemore County Cont.a about eight hundred & eight acres
       of Land as by Cert Dated about the year 1687 it may more fully
       appeare And Whereas the said Thomas in his Lifetime did dispose
       of three hundred acres of Land out of the s.d tract And by his Deed of
       Gift now Rem.a on Record in Baltemore County dated the third
       day of Aug.t one thousand six hundred ninety seven the said Thomas
       Richardson did Give and Grant unto his said son James Richardson
       Party to this deed the rem.a part of the said tract Called the Outlett
       Cont.a about five hundred and eight acres of Land to him and
       his heires for ever Now this Indenture Wittnesseth
       that the said James for and in Consider.a of the sume of thirty
       pounds ster money to him in hand well and truly paid by y.e s.d Jn.o
       Brice before the ensealing & deliv.ry hereof the Receipt of w.ch the
       said James does hereby acnkowledge and of & from every Part &
       parcell thereof doe hereby Release acquitt & exonerate and
       Discharge the said John Brice his heires ex.rs and adm.rs for ever
       Hath bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presents Doth bargain sell alien enfeoffe and Confirme unto the
       said John Brice his heires and assignes for ever all that afd
       pcell of Land being part of Richardsons Outlett and
