49) and assignes that he the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes paying the Rents and aliena money that shall hereafter grow due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee shall and may peacably and Quietly have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said Bargaina with every of their appurtenances free from the Molestatation Lett suite or Interuption of any person or persons whatsoever And Further more that he the s.d Charles Rivers and Anne his wife and their heires and the heires of either of them shall and will upon Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Charles Carroll his heires or assignes do suffer acknowledge or execute any further or other act or acts thing or things Device or Devices in the Law either by acknowledgment of these presents or by any other Lawfull Ways or Meanes whatsoever that shall by the said Charles Carroll his heires or assignes his or their Councill Learned for the Law be Reasonably devised advised or Required for the further better and more sure makeing the said bargained premises with their and every of their appurtenances unto the s.d Charles Carroll his heires & assignes for ever Provided allways and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these presents that in Case the s.d Charles Rivers and Anne his wife or either of them their or either of their heires ex.rs or adm.rs shall or will at or upon the twenty eight Day of Aprill next ensueing the date hereof pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Charles Carroll his heires ex.rs or adm.rs the said sum of eighty three pounds twelve shill ster w.th Legall Interest for the same from the date of these presents that then this present Deed and all the articles Clauses and Covenants therein Contained are to be Void & of no effect and otherwise remaine and be in full force to Vest the fee simple and inherit.a of the premises with their appurtences in the said Charles his heires and assignes for ever In Wittness whereof the s.d parties have hereunto interchangably set their hands and seales the day & year first above written Charles Rivers (S) To w.ch aforgoing deed was annexed the foll schedule Viz.t A schedule of the stock of Cattle horses hoggs &c Mentioned & expressed in the within Deed Viz.t black Cattle) three Cows two heifers one bull two two year old heffers three yearlings in all elevenhead horses) two horses one bay and one Gray one Gray Mare (hoggs) |
