       singular other the premisses with the Appurtenances before hereby
       granted or mentioned or intented to be ^hereby^ granted and every part and parcell
       thereof unto the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes to the only proper
       use and behoofe of him the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes for
       ever  And the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents and the said
       Daniel Muretell for themselves their severall heirs executors administrators
       and assignes do severally covenant promise and grant to and with the
       said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes by these presents in manner
       and form following that is to say that they the said Thomas Lockwood
       party to these presents and Daniel Muretell now are or one of them is
       and so untill a good and sufficient Estate of Inheritance in the law in
       fee simple shall be duly conveyed vested and setled unto and in the said
       Samuel Harrison and his heirs shall and will stand and be solely and
       absolutely Seized and Interrested of and in a good sure perfect lawfull
       absolute and indefeizible estate of Inheritance in fee simple to the use
       of them the said Thomas Lockwood and Daniel Muretell or one of
       them their or one of their heirs and assignes of and in all the said land Estate
       and Plantation or plantations with all and singular the rights members
       and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging & every part and
       parcell thereof before hereby granted or mentioned to be granted without
       any manner of condition power of revocation Limitation of use or
       uses or other matters cause and thing whatsoever to alter change ^charge^ determine
       or make void the same estate and that they the said Thomas Lockwood
       party to these presents and Daniel Muretell now have or one of them
       have in him or themselves good right full power trust title lawfull interest
       & authority to grant Bargain Sell & Convey all the said Land Estate plantation or
       plantations and all & singular the rights members and appurtenances and every
       part and parcell thereof unto the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes in
       manner and forme aforesaid And that he the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes
       shall & may from time to time & att all times forever hereafter lawfully peaceably &
       quietly have hold use occupy possess & enjoy all the said Land Estate plantation or
       Plantations with the appurtenances thereunto belonging & every part & parcell thereof
       without any Lawfull let suite trouble or interruption of or by them the said Thomas
       Lockwood party to these presents & Daniel Muretell or either of them their or either
        of their heirs executors administrators or assignes or any of them or of or by any other
        person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him them
        or any of them by from or under the will of the said Robert Lockwood deceased
