       free & clear & freely & clearly acquitted exonerated & discharged or by the said
       Thomas Lockwood party to these presents & Daniel Mure Muretell their heirs
       and assignes at all times hereafter well & sufficiently saved kept harmless &
       Indempnified of & from all & all manner of former and other gifts grants
       bargaines sales Leases mortgages rents charge rents seck arrearages of rent
       & rents ammunities Joyntures dowers Judgments extents executions statutes
       Merchant and of the Staple recognizances Fines post fines Forfeitures
       intailes & of and from all other titles troubles charges & incumbrances
       whatsoever heretofore had made committed suffered or done by or hereafter
       to be ^had^ made committed suffered or done by them the said Thomas Lockwood party
       to these presents & Daniel Muretell or either of them their or either of
       their heirs or assignes or any of them or by any other person or persons whatsoever
       lawfully claiming or to claime by from or under them either or any of them
       or by from or under the will of the said Robert Lockwood deceed  And
       further that they the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents and
       Daniel Muretell & their heirs and assignes & all & every other person and
       persons lawfully claiming or to claime any estate or interest in the Pmisses
       or any part thereof by from or under them either or any of them or by from
       or under the will of the said Robert Lockwood deceased shall and will from
       time to time & at all times hereafter att the reasonable request costs &
       Charges in the Land of the said Samuel Harrison his heirs or assignes do
       make acknowledge levy suffer & execute or cause & procure to be made
       done acknowledged levyed suffered & executed all & every such further &
       other Lawfull & reasonable act and acts thing & things devise & devises
       conveyances & assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better
       & More perfect conveying establishing setling & assureing of all the said
       Land Estate plantation & plantations with all & singular the rights
       members & appurtenances thereunto belonging unto & upon the said
       Samuel Harrison his heirs & assignes forever to the only proper use &
       behoofe of the said Samuel Harrison his heirs & assignes forever be it by fine
       or Fines Feoffment or Feofments recovery or recoveries deed or deeds inrolled
       or ^not^ inrolled the inrollement of these presents release or confirmation or by all
       any other wayes or means whatsoever As by the said Samuel Harrison his
       heirs or assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be
       reasonably devised or advised & required so as such further conveyance or
       assureance containe no further or other warranty or covenant then are in
