       every part & parcell thereof do severally acquit and discharge the said
       Samuell Harrison his executors administrators & assignes by these
       presents they the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents & Daniel
       Muretell have and each & either of them hath granted bargained sold
       aliened released enfeoffed & confirmed & doe hereby fully freely clearly
       & absolutely grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe & confirme unto
       the said Samuel Harrison in his actuall Possession thereof now being by
       force and Vertue of one Indenture of Bargain & Sale for one year bearing date
       the day next before the day of the date of these presents made Between
       the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents & Daniel Muretell of the one
       part and Samuel Harrison of the other part & by force & Vertue of the
       Statute for transferring of uses into possession in that behalf made and
       provided & to his heirs and assignes forever All that Estate or Parcell of Ground
       plantation or plantations with all edifices buildings and appurtenances whatsoever
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining scituate Lying & being in
       the Province of Maryland on the Western Shore of the said Province And all
       other the Lands plantations or Estates of the said Thomas Lockwood party to
       these presents & Daniel Muretell or either of them scituate lying & being
       on the said Western Shore or elswhere in the said province of Maryland which were
       given or devised by the last will & testament of the said Robert Lockwood
       to the sonns of the said Thomas Lockwood deceased and their heirs forever or
       which the said Thomas Lockwood party to these presents and Daniel Muretell
       or either of them can may or ought to have or claime by or under the will
       of the said Robert Lockwood deceased or other wayes howsoever Together with
       all and singular lands grounds edifices buildings woods easements priviledges
       advantages & appurtenances whatsoever to the said plantation or plantations
       estate and premisses before hereby granted or intended to be granted belonging
       or in any wayes appurtaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and remainders rents issues and profitts of all and singular the s.d premises
       and of every part and parcell And also all the estate right title interest
       possession property claime and demand whatsoever of them the s.d Thomas
       Lockwood party to these presents and Daniel Mur^e^tell or either of them
       of in and to the said estate plantation and ^or^ plantations and all and singular
       other the premisses before hereby granted or mentioned or intended to
