       assignes To have and to hold the said two parcells of Land before
       menconed with the dwelling houses woods underwoods Pattents
       Conveyances deeds Bonds papers escripts ways passages Proffitts Comodities
       advantages Rights Benefitts Priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever to
       the said two parcells of Land belonging or in any wise appert.a to him the s.d Char
       Carroll his heires and assignes for ever Togeather also with the stock or stocks
       of Cattle hoggs horses &c.a on the said two parcells of Land being or to the said
       Charles Rivers and Ann his wife belonging or in any wise appertaining and
       are Mentioned & Expressed in a schedule thereof hereunto annexed by w.ch Relacon
       thereto being had it doth and May more fully and at Large appeare & to &
       for the only proper use and behoofe of the s.d Charles Carroll his heires &
       assignes for ever & to & for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever And
       the said Charles Rivers and Anne his wife and their heires do for themselves
       & their heires Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the s.d Cha Carroll
       at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents are and stand
       and shall remain Continue and be untill the execution of an Estate
       of and in all and singular the premises before mentioned to the said Cha
       Carroll his heires and assignes Lawfully and Rightfully seized in the s.d
       two parcells ^of Land^ before menconed of good sure absolute and Indefeazable
       Estate in fee simple to them and their heires or either of them w.thout
       any Manner of Condition Entaile Morgage Limitation of uses or other
       matter or thing to alter Change Charge Defeat Incumber make Void or
       Determine the same and that they the s.d Charles Rivers and Anne his
       wife have good Right true Title & Lawfull and perfect authority to
       Give Grant bargaine Convey and assure all & singuler the said two
       parcells of Land with other the Premises before menconed and
       appurtenances and every part and pcell thereof to him the said Charles
       Carroll his heires and assignes in Manner & forme as afd And further
       the said Charles and Ann do Covenant promise grant and agree to and
       with the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes that they the s.d
       Charles and Anne and their heires Ex.rs and adm.rs or the heires of either
       of them the s.d Lands and premises herein before Expressed w.th the appurts
       unto the said Charles Carrol his heires and assignes from and ag.t
       themselves and their heires and the heires of either of them Claiming
       or to Claim any Right title or Interest thereunto or to any part thereof
       by from or under him them or either ^or any^ of them whatsoever shall &
       will warr.t and for ever Defend by these presents and the said Charles
       Rivers and Anne his wife do for themselves and their heires Covenant
       pmise grant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heires
