       part and the said Samuel Chew jun.r of the other part) his heirs and
       assignes All that tract or parcell of Land Lying in Calvert County
       containing by Estimation two hundred acres called and known by the name
       of Cooper scituate between and Bounding upon or by the Land of Samuel
       Chew on the East called maidstone on the north with the Lands of John
       Whipps and Samuel Griffeth on the west w.th the Land of Thomas Smith
       and Robert Bradley and on the south with part of the Land of Bradley
       and the Land of hall together with all houses edefices fences woods Timber
       and Timber Trees and all other Hereditaments w.tsoever to the af.d Tract of Land
       so to be Butted and Bounded as af.d Belonging with their and every of
       their Appurtenances and the reversion and reversions Remaind.r and
       remainders rents issues and proffits thereof and particular the rents
       reserved in and by the af.d Indenture of Lease Bearing Date the day
       of May Last past w.th their and every of their appurtenances and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest property Claim and Demand w.tsoever ^of^ him
       the said John Tanehill his heirs and assignes out of in and unto the
       af.d Tract of Land called and Known by the name af.d and the heriditam.ts
       to the same belonging and every part thereof to have and To
       hold the said percel of Land and all and every of the premisses unto
       the said Samuel Chew jun.r his heirs and assignes for ever to the only
       proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Chew jun.r his heirs and
       assignes for ever more the rents and services reserved by the Lord
       proprietary upon the s.d Tract of Land only excepted & foreprized and
       the s.d John Tanehill his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doth by these psents
       covenant and agree to and w.th the said Sam.ll Chew his heirs & Assignes
       that for and notwithstanding any act or thing done by him the said
       John Tanehill to the contrary he the s.d Sam.ll Chew his heirs & assignes
       pray ^May^ for ever Quietly & peacably enjoy hold & possess all & every the
       hereby Grant Land & pmisses and the s.d ^hereby Granted lands the said^ John Tanehill for himse^l^f an
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs unto y.e s.d Sam.ll Chew jun.r his heirs & Assignes Ag.t all persons
       w.tsoever shall & for ever will warr.t & Defend by these psents in Wittness whereof
       y.e s.d party have interchangeable sett their hand and seales the day & year
