       which s.d Tracts called Merikens purchase Begins at
       a bounded red oake w.th four Notches standing att the end
       of the south East Line of y.e Land called Hunting Quarter
       runing w.th said Land north & by east one hundred & twenty
       per to a markt hiccory saplin w.th four notches y.n east
       forty per w.th s.d Land to a bounded Red Oake then north
       north west six Deg westerly eighty per to a bounded
       Black Oake standing at the head of a pocoson the first
       bounded Tree of s.d Land then East & by north thirty two
       per parallell w.th the Land caled George Fancy then south
       five Deg westerly two hundred & eighty per Then
       south eighty per to a bounded red Oak standing neare
       Curticess Creek then runing up the s.d creek west & by north
       seventy per to bounded red oak then to the first tree for one
       hundred acres of Land more or Less Also a percell of Land
       Lying neare the former mentioned Land upon y.e af.d
       Curticess Creek and between y.e af.d creek & af.d Land &
       called point Lookout and Begining at a bound red
       oake by the Creek & ruing north by east three hundred
       and twenty per to a bounded red oake then south five Deg
       west two hundred & sixty per to a bounded red oak then
       south thirty four Deg east seventy six per to a bounded
       red oake then by a Streight Line to the first tree containing
       forty acres & a half more or Less togeather w.th all & singular
       the houses edifices buildings orchards fences cornfeilds
       woods underwoods ways waters courseis easem.ts emolim.ts
       comodities and advantages to the same belonging or any
       wise apertaineing or w.th the same held used occupied or
       enjoyed or excepted reputed or taken as part parcell or
       member thereof & the reverson and reversons remander &
       remainders rents issues proffits thereof & also all y.e right
