       On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t

       Nov.r 26 1717   Then Came the within Named Issaac Cecill before me one of
       his Lordships Justices of the prov.ll Court and acknowledged the within
       deed according to act of assembly in such cases made and provided

       Recorded Dec.r y.e 18.th 1717                                 Sam.ll Young


       This Indenture made the Ninth day of October in the
       year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and seventeen
       Between John Brice of Ann.ll County in the provinces of
       Maryland Planter of the one part and Henery Wright of the
       same county and province planter of the other part
       Wittnesseth that the af.d Jn.o Brice for and in consideracon
       of the sume of thirty five pounds sterl money of Great
       Brittain to him the s.d Jn.o Brice in hand well & Truely
       paid by the s.d Henry Wright before the Ensealing and Delevery
       of these presents y.e receipt whereof he the s.d Jn.o Brice Does
       hereby Acknowledge & thereof & there from & from every part
       and percell thereof Doth freely fully & absolutely exonerate
       Acquit & Discharge the s.d Henry Wright his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       & every of them by these presents for ever Hath Given Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Remist Released & Confirmed
       and by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
       Enfeoff remis release and confirme to the s.d Henry Wright his
       heirs & assignes for ever All them two Tracts or percells of Land
       called Merikens Purchase and Point Look out Both which said
       Tracts of Land was Bought of Joshua Meriken Jun.r by Jn.o
       Brice of Ann.ll County Merch.t as by an Indenture under the
       hand of s.d Meriken bearing date y.e eighteen Day May 1710
       and by the s.d (Jn.o Brice) in his will Bearing Date the (eight
       day of Decem.r 1713) Bequeth the af.d two tracts of Land to the
