       Title Intrest use possession Claim & Demand w.tsoever of him the s.d
       Jn.o Brice ^of^ in or to y.e land and premisses hereby Granted or Intended
       to be Granted to the s.d Henry Wright his heirs & assignes for ever
       To have & To hold all the af.d two tracts or parcells of Land
       Lying and being on the south side of Patapcico River in Baltemore
       County & on the north side of a creek called Curticess Creek called
       Marikens Purchase being part of a tract called best success and also
       Point Lookout w.th the apurtenances thereunto belonging unto him
       the s.d Henry Wright his heirs & assignes for ever to y.e sole proper use
       and behoof of him the s.d Henry Wright his heirs & assignes for ever
       & to no other use intent or purpose w.tsoever & the s.d Jn.o Brice for
       himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs and every of them Doth covenant
       promiss Grant & Agree to & w.th the s.d Henry Wright his heirs & assignes
       To Warrant and Defend to the s.d Wright his heirs & assignes for
       ever all the abovementioned hereby Granted or Intended to be Granted
       two tracts of Land & premisses w.th the apurtenances ag.t him the
       s.d Jn.o Brice his heirs and assignes as ag.t all maner of persons
       w.tsoever and y.t the above Bargained pmisses are at the time of y.e
       Ensealing & Delevery hereof free & clear of & from & all maner
       of Incumbrances whether by statute of judgm.ts recognizances
       forfittures of him the s.d Jn.o Brice of him or any other ways or
       means w.tsoever save only y.e Quitrents to Grow due to the right
       Hon.ble the Lord Propry and the s.d Jn.o for himself his Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       Doe further Covenant to & w.th y.e s.d Henry Wright his heirs and
       assignes that he the s.d Jn.o Brice shall & will at all times
       Hereafter Dureing the space of seven years from the Date hereof
       at y.e request & Chargis in y.e Law of the s.d Henry Wright make
       Doe suffer & execute any further or other deed or deeds for the
       Better and more sure makeing over the s.d pmisses as y.e s.d Henry
       Wright or his Councill Larned in y.e Law shall reasonably Devise or
       advise In Wittness whereof the partys to these psents have
       Interchangable sett their hands & affixt their seals the day & year first
       above written
