       James Biggers and by him conveyed unto George Spicer who
       also conveyed the same unto Joshua Cecell Father to y.e said
       Isaac party to these presents Alsoe all that Tract of Land
       called Turky Forrest Granted unto the s.d Joshua for six hund.d
       acres And alsoe all that Tract of Land called Cecells Adventure
       Granted unto the s.d Joshua for four hundred ninty one acres both
       Lying in Baltemore County and the s.d Isaac and Edward in their
       capacity as Adm.rs Doe sell Transfarr & make over unto y.e s.d Cha.s
       his heirs & assignes for & in consideracon af.d all those Negroes
       slaves herein after named & Discribed (Viz.t) Rich.d thirty years of
       age or their abouts Jeffery twenty eight Blackwell twenty two
       Peter thirty eight Moll fifty Ceecar old twenty six Jack
       fifty eight Ben eighteen Peter eighteen Jenny fifty six and
       Ceecar eight or nine years old as alsoe a parcell of plate valued at
       the sume of forty four pounds five shill.s togeather w.th all &
       singular y.e rights members and appurtenances to the same
       Bargained pmisses or any of them belonging or in any wise
       appurtaining To have & To hold the s.d severall Tracts of
       Land w.th the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him y.e s.d
       Cha.s his heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and
       behoof of him the s.d Cha.s his heirs & assignes & to noe other
       use intent or purpose w.tsoever are to have hold use occupy
       possess and enjo the Negroe slaves and plate unto him he s.d
       Cha.s his Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth hereby covenant promise grant
       and agree to & w.th him the s.d Charles that the said three Tracts of
       Land herein before specified at the time of the Delevery and
       Ensealling of these psents are free & clear of & from all maner
       of incumbrances w.tsoever whether by Judgm.ts Statutes
       recogniances extents bargains sales arrears of rent runing
       into any older surveys or any other Incumbrances Deffects
       Incufficiences w.tsoever And the s.d I^s^aac & Edward Doe for
