x.d  This Indenture Tripartite made this Twenty
       sixth day of Nov.r in the year of our Lord god seventeen
       hundred and seventeen Between Isaac Cicell of Prince
       Georges County son and heir of Jos^h^ua Cecell Late of the s.d
       county deced of the one part the s.d Isaac and Edward
       Willett Adm.rs of the Estate of the s.d Joshua Cecell of the
       second part and Charles Carroll of the Citty of Annapolis Esq.r
       of the third part Wittnesseth that the s.d Isaac of his part
       for & in consideracon of the sume of one hundred & sixty
       pounds sterl ^to^ him in hand paid by the s.d Charles and
       the s.d Isaac & Edward for and in consideracon of the sume
       of one hundred seventy six pounds five shill sterl to them
       in hand paid in their capacitys as Adm.rs as af.d the
       receipt of w.ch s.d severall sums both amounting to the sume
       of three hundred thirty six pounds five shill.s sterl
       they doe in their severall capacitys (Viz.t) the s.d Isaac
       seperately the s.d sume of one hundred and sixty p.ds
       and the s.d Isaac and Edward joyntly the sume of one
       hundred seventy six pounds five shill.s sterling
       Acknowledged to have recd before the Ensealing and
       Delevery hereof and thereof and every part & percell
       thereof they doe here^by^of exonerate acquit & Discharge
       him the s.d Charles his heirs and assignes for ever have
       Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these presents doe for them & their heirs
       Give Grant Bargaine Sell Alien Enfeoffe & Confirme unto
       him y.e s.d Cha.s his heirs & assignes that is to say the said
       Isaac for his part all those three serall Tracts of Land
       hereafter menconed (Viz.t) all that tract of Land called
       the forrest now lying in Cha.s County containing one
       thousand forty five acres Orriginally Granted unto
