       themselves their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenant promise Grant
       and Agree to and w.th him the said Charles his heirs and ^assignes^
       that the said Negro slaves and every one of them at the
       Time of the execution of this deed are free & clear from
       any other former Bargains Sales Morgages or Incumbrances
       w.tsoever and that the said Negroe slaves are the sole and
       proper right of them the s.d Isaac & Edward as Adm.rs of y.e
       Estate of the s.d Joshua and further that in case any of the s.d
       Negro slaves shall happen to die or be otherways disabled
       before the time hereinafter Limitted for the redemption
       thereof that then and in such case the s.d Isaac & Edward
       shall & will put slaves of Like age abillity and Value in
       proporcon in their room and stead as they are Valued at
       Provided always & it is y.e true Intent & Meaning of
       these presents that in case the said Isaac & Edward shall
       yearly and every year on the twenty sixth day of Nov.r during
       the Terme of three years pay unto the said Charles his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or Assignes Legall interest at six per cent for the
       said sume of three hundred thirty six pounds five shill.s
       sterl as also at the expiration of four years w.ch shall
       happen to be in the year of our Lord god one thousand
       seven hundred and twenty one on the twenty sixth day of
       Nov.r pay unto the s.d Cha.s his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes y.e s.d
       principles sume of three hundred thirty six pound
       five shill.s w.th one years Interest for the same that then
       this deed to be utterly void & of noe effect otherwise to
       stand in full force & Virtue in Law to invest y.e Inheritance
       of the s.d Lands & the Absolute property of the s.d Goods in the
       s.d Charles his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs In Wittness whereof y.e
       said parties parties have hereunto interchangable sett
       their hands & affixed their seales the day & year first
