        Land pmisses and appurtenances as above Granted unto him
       the s.d Thomas Miles his heirs and assignes for ever and to
       the only proper use & behoof of him the s.d Thomas Miles
       his heirs and assignes for ever more and the said Abraham
       Mears for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them
       Covenants Grants and Agrees to and w.th the s.d Thomas
       Miles his heirs and assignes that he the s.d Abraham
       Mears his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs the s.d pcell of Land pmisses
       and appurtenances above menconed & Granted & every part
       and pcell thereof as well against himself Martha his
       wife each & either of their heirs as from & against all &
       every other pson or psons w.tsoever claiming ^or to claime^ from by or under
       him them or any of them shall and will warr.t & for ever
       Defend by these psents & that y.e s.d bargained pmisses and
       appurtenances w.tsoever thereto or in any wise appurtaining
       at the time of Ensealing and Delevery of these psents
       are free and clear of and from all maner of former Bargains
       Sales Dowers Titles of Dower Entailes or other Incumbrances
       w.tsoever and for the further security of the af.d pcell of
       Land & pmisses to the s.d Thomas Miles his heirs and assignes
       the s.d Abraham Mears his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs shall at
       any time hereafter at the request & cost of the s.d Thomas
       Miles his heirs & assignes as by Councill in y.e Laws
       shall be admised & required In Wittness whereof the s.d pties above
       menconed have hereunto sett their hands & seals y.e day & year
