x.d  This Indenture made the one & thirtieth day of July in the
       year of our Lord thousand seven hundred & seventeen
       Between Abraham Mears and Martha his wife of the County
       of Ann.ll and province of Maryland of the one part & Thomas Miles
       of Prince Georges County in the s.d province of the other part
       Wittnesseth that the s.d Abraham and Martha as well for and
       in consideracon of the sume of six pounds Curr.t Money of the said
       province to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Miles the
       receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof & every part
       thereof Exonerate Acquitt and Discharge the said Thomas Miles
       his heirs execut.rs and adm.rs clearly & absolutely for ever as for
       Divers other good causes & consideracon them thereunto moving have
       Given granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed conveyed remised
       released ratified & confirmed and made over and by these presents for
       themselves & each of them their & each of their Heirs Give Grant
       bargain sell aliene enfeofe convey remise release ratifie confirme and
       make over unto the said Thomas Miles all that tract or parcell of
       Land called the Addition being part of a tract of Land called Grammers
       Parrett on the east side of patuxent river in the s.d County begining
       at a marked white Oake standing near the mouth of a Small Branch
       and runing South East by East thirty six per w.th the Branch to a
       bounded Hiccory thence South East by South fifty six per to the
       Line of a pcell of Land formerly sold to the said Tho.s Miles South
       sixty Deg westerly one hundred and eight per to a bounded hickory
       then northwest by west to the Branch forty five per then with y.e
       said Branch to the first Bounded Tree containing and Laid out for
       forty seven Acres more or Less togeather w.th all woods Timber
       Houses buildings profitts benefitts improvements and Appurtence
       of what kind soever thereon or in any wise thereon to belonging or
       appurtaining and the Reveron and Reverons of all & singular
       the premisses and writings w.tsoever touching or Relateing to the s.d
       pmisses   To have & To hold the s.d forty seven acres of
