       adm.rs the within menconed consid.n mony of forty six pounds fifteen
       shill and ten pence with Legall Interest for the same for soe
       Long time as it shall remaine unpaid then the within Deed to be
       void and of no effect and y.e within Named Vivian reinvested w.th
       the inheritance of the within Land as if the within deed had never
       been made As Wittness my hand and seale this eleventh day of
       September seventeen hundred and seventeen
