       W.m his heirs and assis and to and for his own and their proper use and
       behoof from and against them the said Charles and Anne their heirs and
       assignes from & against all and every other person or persons w.tsoever
       shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter defend by these presents and
       the said Charles and Anne for themselves their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doe alsoe
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the s.d W.m his heirs and assignes
       that the said Charles and Anne have in themselves full power and Lawfull
       Authority to Give Grant Bargaine Sell Alien Enfeoff release and Confirme  
       the afd parcell of Land and premisses and appurtenances to the said W.m
       his heirs and assignes for ever hereafter To have hold use occupy possess
       and enjoy the afd Parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       without any Let suit trouble or Disturbance or Interuption of them the
       said Charles and Anne or any other person or persons whatsoever and y.e
       s.d Parcell of Land and premisses hereby Granted to the s.d W.m his heirs
       and assignes shall from henceforth and for ever hereafter shall be &
       remaine clear and free or otherwise clearly and freely acquitted and
       saved harmless from all manner of former and other bargaines sales
       Gifts Grants releases Dowers Joyntures Issues rent and all other
       Incumbrances whatsoever had made committed and done by the s.d
       Charles and Anne or any other person or persons whatsoever the rents
       and services from henceforth Growing due and payable to the Chief
       Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only excepted and foreprized And
       further the said Charles and Anne their heirs and assignes shall and will
       at all times for ever hereafter at the reasonable ^request^ and at the proper cost
       and charges in the law of him the said W.m his heirs and assignes make
       do acknowledge execute and suffer or caused to be made done acknowledged
       executed and suffered all and every such further and other reasonable
       Act and Acts thing and things Device and Devices Conveyance & Conveyances
       requisite in the Law for the further better and more perfect sureing and
       makeing over the afd parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       to the said W.m his heirs and assignes for ever be it by fine or fines
       deed or deeds Indented and Enrolled the Enrolem.t of this present feoffm.t
       or by any other Lawfull ways or means whatsoever as by the said W.m
       his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall
       reasonably Devised advised or required  And that the s.d further
       and other assureances hereafter to be made of the afd parcell of  
       Land and premisses by and between any of the parties above
