       in London the sume of five hundred sixty and two pounds eighteen shill
       and eleven pence currant money of England due to me from the said Forward
       for the Mortgage of all that tract or parcell of Land called Prices Mannor
       alias Lewis Neck Lying in Charles County afd Togeather with all the
       houses Edifices Woods Underwoods Wood Ground Orchard Gardens Barnes
       Stables Profitts Benefitts Comodities advantages Hereditam.ts and appendances
       thereunto belonging or any wise appertaining reputed or
       taken thereunto to belong or appertaine and all and singular deeds
       Charters Evidences and Writeings Relateing unto or in any wise
       concerning the same Now in the Power & Custody of me the said
       Henry Wharton or other pson or psons in trust for me or to my use
       and the Reversion and Reversion Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profitts thereof all and singular y.e premisses and the Estate
       Right Title Interest Property Claim and demand whatsoever in Law
       or Equity of him the said Henry Wharton of in and to the same or any
       part or parcell thereof  To have and to hold the afd tract of Land
       to the said Jon.a Forward his heirs and assignes which he the said Henry
       Lately Mortgagd unto a certain John Hyde for the s.d sume of five hund.d
       sixty and two pounds eighteen shill and eleven pence sterl And I do Confess
       by the payment of the afores.d Sume all my Interest right and Title of
       in and to the s.d tract of Land and other premisses is clearly and absolutely
       extinguished And that the said Jon.a Forward is thereof seized to the uses
       of him the s.d Jon.a and his heirs as in fee simple Know Yee therefore
       further that I the said Henry Wharton had remised Released and by
       these presents for me and my heirs Doe remise release and Quit Claim
       unto the said Jon.a Forward in his full and Peaceable Poss.n and seizin
       being and to his heirs for ever all any right Estate Use Possession revers.n
       Remainder & Demand w.tsoever w.ch I ever had now have or heareafter may
       have or w.ch my heirs shall or may have of in or to the s.d tract of Land
       or any p.t or parcell thereof To have and to hold the s.d tract of Land &
       other the premisses with the appertenances unto the said Jon.a Forward
       his heirs and assignes for ever In Wittness whereof I have hereunto
       set my hand & seale the 30.th day of March Anno Dom 1716
