438) the said Charles his heires and assignes Provided always and it is the true intent and Meaning of these presents that if the said Luke his heires execut.rs or adm.rs shall at or before the fifth day of July next pay or caused to be paid unto him the said Charles his execut.rs adm.rs or assignes one fourth part of the Consideracon Mony with Lawfull Interest for the whole sume as alsoe at or upon the fifth day of July then next following one other fourth parte of the said Consideration Mony with Legall Interest as well for the same as for the other Two fourths then Due as alsoe at or upon the fifth day of July then next following and which shall happen to be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninteen one other July which shall happen to be in our Lord seventeen hundred and Twenty the Remaining fourth part of the Consideration Mony with Legall interest thereon that then this Deed and all Clauses and Covenants therein contained is utterly to be void and of noe effect otherwise and upo failure of any of the said payments according to time to Remaine absolute and in full force and virtue In Wittness whereof the said partys have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their seald this day and year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Luke Gardiner (seale) In the presence of Dan.ll Carroll Clem.t Brooke Jun.r On the back of the foregoeing Char.les Adams Deed was thus endorst viz.t July 5.th 1717 Then Came the within named Luke Gardiner before me one of his Lordships Justices for the prov.ll Court and acknowledged the within Deed according to act of assembly in such cases made and provided Recorded July y.e 13.th 1717 Sam.l Young |
