       and paid And Doth for every parte and parcell
       thereof acquit and Discharge the said John Orrick
       his heires execut.rs adm.rs or assignes and by these presents
       hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and
       confirmed and by these presents Doth fully and clearly
       and absolutely grant bargaine sell aline enfeoff and
       confirme to the said John Orrick his heires and assignes
       one hundred Acres of Land out of a tract of Land
       containing seven hundred acres formerly Laid out
       doe John Boddy Mariner and Known by the Name
       of Boddys Adventure and Lying in Baltemore County
       on the south side of patapscoe River and on the
       north side of a branch of Curtises Creeke The said
       hundred Acres of Land before Menconed to begin at
       a Red oake saplin Marked with four Notches and
       standing by a Vallee in the North North West
       Line of a tract of Land formerly Laid out for Joseph
       Moorly called Morlys Choice and Runing from thence
       south thirteen Degrees West Two hundred and Twenty
       five perches then North eighty five Degrees east one
       hundred and forty two perches Then North North West two
       hundred and Twenty five perches with Moorlys Line
       to the first tree containing and Laid out for one
       hundred Acres of Land More or less together with all
       profitts comodities and advantages thereunto belonging
       or appertaining or heretofore used occupied or enjoyed
       To Have and To Hold all and singular the
       aforesaid parcell of Land and every parte and parcell
       thereof unto the aforesaid John Orrick his heires and
       assignes for ever to the proper use benifitt and behoof of
       him the said John Orrick his heires and assignes for ever
       More freed acquitted and Discharged and from time to
       time and at all times hereafter saved Defended Kept
       harmless and indemnified by the afd Thomas Welch his
       heires execut.rs adm.rs and assignes of and from all manner
       of former and other bargaines grants sales ^Leases^ forfeitures
       Releases surrenders joyntures Dowers statutes Judgments
       and Executions and of and from all other Titles troubles
