       and incumbrances whatsoever and from henceforth It
       shall and May be Lawfull too and for the said John
       Orrick his heires and assignes To have and to hold occupy
       and possess and enjoy all and singular the aforesaid
       premisses and all the appertenances thereunto belonging
       or any ways appertaining without any Lett suite
       trouble or Deniall of him the said Thomas Welch
       his heires execut.rs adm.rs or assignes or without the
       Molestacon Interruption exertion or ejectment of
       any person or persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming
       or to Claime any Estate Right title or Inter Intrest from
       by or under me my heires ex.rs or assignes or any other
       person or persons whatsoever promiseing to Warrant
       and Defend the same from all Manner of persons
       whatsoever as the proper righte of the said Orrick
       and his heires for ever   In Wittness whereof I have
       Fixed my hand and seale the day and year above
