       perfection hereof seized of an absolute Estate of
       Inheritance in fee simple of and in the said bargained
       premisses and every parte thereof not to be defeated
       or Defeazanced by any attainder or attainders
       Judgment or Judgments statute or of the staple
       Recognizance former Deed or Deeds or any Matter
       or thing whatsoever And that the said Amos Garrett
       and his heires or assignes shall continue and be
       seized of all and singular the before Mentioned
       bargained premisses of a good Lawfull perfect absolute
       sole and indefeazaable Estate of Inheritance in fee
       simple to the said Amos Garrett his heires and assignes
       own proper use and behoofe without any Condition
       Mortgage Limitation of use or uses or any other
       thing to alter Change Determine or incumber the
       same or any part or parcell thereof And that he
       the said John Brown will for ever hereafter Warrant
       and Defend the same uper half or Moyety of Ranters
       Ridge containing two hundred and seven and a half
       Acres of Land unto him the said Amos Garrett his heires
       and assignes against all and every Manner of person
       or persons whatsoever claiming any interest to the
       said half of the Tract or any part or parts thereof
       by the Lands Runing into elder or More Ancient
       surveys or otherwise as alsoe any person or persons
       claiming from by or under him the said John Brown
       as alsoe from all former Bargains Sales Joynters
       Dowers Statutes Judgments Recognizances Arrearages
       of Rent forfeitures and all other Charges and
       Incumbrances had Made or Done before the sealing
       and Delivery hereof and Lastly that he the said John
       Brown Doth Covenant promise Grant and Agree
       that himselfe and his heires shall and will at any
       time hereafter Make Doe acknowledge suffer and
       execute all and every such farther and other Act and
       Acts thing or things as by the said Amos Garrett his
       heires or assignes shall be Reasonably Devised Advised
