426) is now in the possession of the said Ebsworth Bayne together with all houses out houses edefices buildings Orchards Gardens Wayes Waters Woods underwoods profitts comodities improvements and appurtenances whatsoever to the said parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining As Alsoe four Negroes that is to say One Negroe Man Named Titus three Negroe Women named Sarah Jewnere and Tirdbury To Have and To Hold all and singular the afd tract of Land and premisses and the Negroes af.d unto him the said Edward Rumney his heires and assignes for ever to the uses intents and purposes herein after expressed and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever viz.t to the use of the said Ebsworth Bayne Dureing his Naturall Life the Remainder to the use of Kendrike Rumney Daughter of the af.d Edward Rumney whome the said Ebsworth Bayne Intends by Dieme permisscon speddyly to intermarry with and the heires of her body by the said Ebsworth Bayne to be begotten and for want of such heires the Remainder of the said Tract of Land and premises and Negroes af.d unto the Lawfull heires of the said Ebsworth Bayne for ever In Wittness whereof the said parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seales the day and year first above Written Edw.d Rumney (seale) Ebsworth Bayne (seale) 91 On the back of the foregoeing Deed was thus endorst viz.t Sealed and Delivered in the presence of May the 25 1717 Tho Larkin Stephen Warman Then came the within named M.r Ebsworth Bayne before us Thomas Larkin & Stephen Warman two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arund.ll County and acknowledged the within (Deed) |
