       Whereas We the psons hereunto subscribeing
       are joynt proprietors in a certain tract of Land
       situate and Lying in Prince Georges County
       which We survey.d and took up in Comp.a between us
       as appears by certificate of survey thereof Made the
       sixteenth day of February An.o Dom 1714  Calld Snowden
       and Welsh in Defence of Williams & Clark and being
       Willing and Desirous that a full and finnally partition
       and Division should be Made and Concluded between
       us our heires and assignes for ever to the end that each
       party may certainly and precisely Know their severall
       parts and portions of the said tract have and by these
       prsents Do for our selves our heirs and assignes and
       every of them for ever Mutually and by joynt free and
       voluntary consent agree and conclude that the following
       Line Drawn as hereafter expressd shall be for ever
       hereafter a full and finnall Division and
       separation to Distinguish our severall parts one
       from the other viz.t a Line Drawn from the end
       and Determination of the south three and a half degrees
