411 Errington his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes And the said Eliz.a for herself her heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth Covenant and Grant to and with the said Ralph Errington his heirs and assignes by these presents that she the said Eliz.a Imbert now is and standeth seized of & in the Land herein before perticularly menconed in a good sure and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple And now hath good right title power & authority to sell and convey the same with the appurtenances and all other the Premisses herein before menconed and every part & parcell thereof to the said Ralph Errington according to the true intent and meaning of these presents And that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Ralph Errington his heirs and assignes for ever hereafter Quietly and Peaceably to have hold possess and enjoy all and singular the Lands & Tenem.ts with their and every of their appurtenances herein Menconed & hereby Intended to be Granted without any Let Suit Interupcon or trouble whatsoever of her the s.d Eliz.a Imbert her heirs or assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever claiming from by or under her or any other person or persons whatsoever the Rents and Services hereafter to Grow due to the Lord propry or other Chief Lord or Lords of the fees for and in respect of his and their seigniority onely excepted And also that it shall and may be Lawfull for the said Ralph Errington his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to Convert & Dispose of all & singular the slaves servants stocks of cattle horses hoggs sheep household stuffe goods wares & Merchandizes & other effects to his & their Owne In Wittness whereof the said Eliz.a hath hereunto put her hand & seale the day & year above written E Imbert (seale) On the back aforegoing Release was thus endorst Viz.t Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Philip Lee Sam.l Perrie Dan.l Dullany 27.th Aprill 1717 Then was the within Deed acknowledged before us (being two of Lordpps Justices of the peace of for Prince Georges County by M.rs Eliz.a Imbert party to the same according to Law Sam Perrie Philip Lee These are to certifie that M.r Philip Lee & M.r Sam.l Perrie (before) |
