410) Date one day before the Date hereof and by force of the statute for transferring uses into possession and to his heirs and assignes all them tracts or parcells of Land now or heretofore Lying in Talbot County in the province afd called Plain Dealing containing by estimation four hundred and seventy acres Granted to the said Andrew Imbert part of a tract of Land called Jackson Choice containing two hund.d and fifty acres with the addition of seventeen acres taken up by the said Andrew Imbert contigious to the said two tracts called Jacksons Choice and Plain Dealing all which parcells were by pat.t of confirmation (Granted to the s.d Andrew Imbert) in his Lifetime bearing date the Twentyeth day of July Anno Dom seventeen hundred and four according to the Meets and bounds thereof menconed in the said pat.t w.ch remaines on Record in the Land office of this province relacon being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear Togeather with all other the Lands Tenements and hereditam.ts whereof the said Andrew Imbert died seized or whereunto he was Intituled in the province of Maryland or elce where And also all the Right title Interest Claim Estate property and Demand of her the said Eliz.a of in and to any Lands tenem.ts or hereditaments whatsoever within the said province or elce where in possession Reverson Remainder or Expectance and the Rents Issues and Profitts thereof And hath also bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Ralph Errington his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes all Negroes servants slaves cattle horses hoggs sheep household stuff goods Wares Merchandizes and effects whatsoever belonging or appertaining to her y.e said Elizabeth within y.e said province or else where To have and to hold the said Lands Tenements and hereditaments w.th their and every of their appurtenances and every parte and parcell thereof to him y.e said Ralph Errington and his heirs and assignes forever and also all and singular y.e said Negroes servants slaves stock of Horses Cattle Hoggs Sheep houshold stuff goods wares Merchandizes and Effectts whatsoever to him y.e said Ralph (Errington) |
