       before whome the within Deed was acknowledged and two of his
       Lordships Justices of the peace for Prince Georges County In
       Testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed the seale of the said
       county this Twenty seventh day of Aprill seventeen hundred and seventeen

             To all People to whome this present writeing and deed of Gift
       may come Know Yee that I Thomas Wilson now of Prince Georges
       County in the Province of Maryland Carpenter for and in considerat.n
       that I full well know it was the will and full intent of my deceased
       father Joseph Wilson late of Calvert County that my Brother James
       Wilson should have the Moyety or half a parcell of Land lying in
       Prince Georges County conteyning two hundred sixty & Nine acres
       being part of a tract of Land called Baltemore the other Moyety
       or half of the said parcell of Land being the Place where I now
       Dwell and that my two Brothers Joseph and Josiah Wilson should
       have the Plantation where he my said father Dwelt called Newington
       and part also a tract of Land called Islington the whole Quantity
       conteyning two hundred twenty and nine acres And for as much
       as pleased Almighty God to take my Dear father out of this
       World before his will and mind was perfected and Done
       According to Law  And I the said Thomas Wilson being heir at
       Law unto my said father in Dutifull respect to the Memory
       of my father and Love to my aforemenconed Brothers doe by
       these presents freely clearly and absolutely give and Grant
       unto my brother Joseph Wilson and Josiah Wilson afd All
       that plantacon & parcell of Land scituate Lying and being
       in Calvert County to them my said Brothers and to their
       heirs for ever be equally deorded between them and unto
       my said Brother James Wilson I freely Give and absolutely
       Grant the Moyety or half of that tract or parcell of Land
