       onely if the same be Demanded To the intent that by
       virtue of these presents and by the statute for
       Transferring uses into possession the said Ralph
       Errington May be in Actuall possession of the premisses
       and be enabled to accept a Grant for the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs In Wittness

x.d     This Indenture Made the Twenty seventh
       Day of Aprill in the second year of the Dominion of the
       Right Hon.ble Charles Absolute Lord and proprietary
       of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron
       of Baltemore and in the year of our Lord God seventeen
       hundred and seventeen Between Elizabeth Imbert
       widdow Relict Executrie and Devisee of Andrew Imbert
       late of Queen Anns County in the province of Maryland
       apothecary deceased of the one part and Rap Ralph
       Errington of Newcastle in the county of Northumberland
       Marriner of the other parte  Wittnesseth the said Elizabeth
       for and in consideration of the sume of seven hundred
       pounds sterling to her the said Elizabeth by the said
       Ralph in hand paid the Receipt whereof she doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every parte and
       parcell thereof Doth hereby Accquit Release and
       Discharge the said Ralph Errington his executors and
       administrators and every of them Hath Given granted
       aliened Released and Confirmed and by these presents
       Doth Grant Release Aliene and Confirme unto the
       said Ralph Errington in his actuall possession being
       now by virtue of a bargaine and sale thereof to him
       made for one whole yeare by indenture bearing
