387 perches thence West Two hundred perches then North Two hundred perches thence with a straight Line to the first tree conteyning and laid out for Two hundred acres More or less all whose RIght title and Interest in and to the said tract or parcell of Land the said W.m Kidd for some Genial Causes him thereunto Moveing Did assigne unto him the said Josiah Wilson upon which a pattent under the Great Seale of this province was Granted unto him the said Josiah Wilson bearing Date the tenth day of Jan.ry Annoq Dom One thousand seven hundred and five Now This Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Josiah Wilson for and in consider.a of the said free and vollentary assignement of the said William Kidd as aforesaid as alsoe for Divers other good causes and considerations him thereunto Moveing hath Given Granted bargaind bargained sold and Released unto the said William Kidd his heirs and assignes for ever all the before Mentioned tract or parcell of Land and premises called black oake thickett To Have and To Hold the same and every parte and parcell thereof unto him the said William Kidd his heires and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William Kidd his heires and assignes for ever and to nor for any other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Josiah Wilson Doe by these presents for himselfe his heires execut.rs and adm.rs and for every of them covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said William Kidd his heires and assignes the said Lands and premisses and every parte and parcell thereof may for ever have hold posesse and quietly and peaceably enjoy without any Let hindrance Disturbance or Mollestacon whatsoever of or from him the said Josiah Wilson his heires execut.rs adm.rs and assignes or that may claime from by or under him them or any of them and the said Josiah Wilson for himselfe his heires executors and adm.rs Doth further covenant promise and agree to and with the said W.m Kidd his heires and assignes by these presents that the said Land and premises hereby Granted and every parte and parcell thereof is at the day of the Date of these presents cleare and free from any former Grants Bargaines sales Leases Dowers (Intayles) |
