       had Made Comitted or Done by him the said Josiah
       Wilson or any person or persons from by or under him
       or by his procurement In Wittness the parties
       have interchangeably sett their hands and seales to these

                         Then Came the within named Josiah Wilson
          and Martha his wife now wife and acknowledged
       the within Deed to be the right of the within Named
       W.m Kidd his heirs and assigns for ever according to
