       Lawfully Peacably and Quietly have hold use Occupy Possess and Enjoy  
       the said demised granted and bargained Lands and premisses with the apputts
       free & clear and freely & clearly Acquitted exonerated and discharged of and
       from all Manner of former Gifts Grants bargaines Sales Leases Mortgages
       Wills Entails Joyntures Dowrys Judgm.ts Execut.ns Incumbrances and
       Troubles whatsoever And the said Benj.a Mackall doth hereby
       farther Coven.t and bind himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs firmly by
       these presents to warr.t & defend the said Tho.s Corne his heirs and assignes
       in Quiet and Peaceable poss.n in all the singuler the said granted and
       bargained Lands and premisses with the appurtenances ag.t any Just &
       Lawfull claim of any person or persons whatsoever And the said
       Benj.a Mackall for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs and for every of
       them doth hereby covenant Promise grant and agree to with the s.d
       Thomas Corne his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs and every of them for and
       by these presents in Manner and forme following (that is to say)
       that he the said Benj.a Mackall his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs shall
       and will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       at the reasonable request cost and charges in the Law of him
       the said Thomas Corne his heirs and assignes do make acknowledge
       Levy Execute and Suffer or Cause to be made done acknowledged
       Levyed Executed & suffered all and every such farther &
       other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things
       deeds devises Conveyances and Assureances in the Law whatsoever
       for the farther better and more f pfect assureing surety and sure
       Makeing of all and singular the Lands & p.rmisses afd w.th the
       appurtenances to him the Said Tho.s Corne his heirs and assignes
       for ever as by the said Thomas Corne his heirs and Assignes or his
       or their Councill Learned in the law shall be reasonably devised
       advised or required      In Testimony whereof the Partys
       abovesaid to these Indres Interchangably hath set his hand
       and affixed his seale the day and year first above Written
