       Ninety acres more or Less Also all that tract or Parcell of Land
       Lying in Balt.r County formerly Laid out for a certain Tho.s Thurston
       Late of the ^afore^said county deced scituate Lying and being upon the East
       Side of Bush river in the afd Baltemore County Begining at a
       bounded white oake standing at the mouth of James's Creek being
       a bounded tree of the Land called Turkey Hill and running from
       thence down the middle branch of the af.d River south east sixty p.s
       to a bounded red oake standing near the afd Branch then runing
       into the woods North West and by North five hundred and thirty four
       Perches then runing west & by south one hundred and thirty p.s
       to y.e afd Land called Turkey Hill then runing by a Streight Line
       Parelell w.th the said Land to the first bounded tree containing &
       Laid out for two hundred Acres more or less and called by the name
       of Strawberry Hill Also all that tract or parcel of Land scituate
       Lying and being in Baltemore County adjoyning to the s.d tract or
       Parcel of Land called Strawberry Hill containing by estimat.n
       two hundred Acres of Land more or less meets and bounds
       at Present being unknown with all the Rights benefitts
       houses edifices buildings and all other the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging   To have and to hold the said granted
       and bargained premisses with all the appurtenances priviledges &
       comodities thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to him
       the said Thomas Corne his heirs and assignes for ever to his or their
       proper benefitt use and behoof for ever and to no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever and the said Benj.a Mackall for himself
       his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth covenant promise and grant to and
       with the said Thomas Corne his heirs and assignes by these presents
       in Manner and form following (that is to say) that before the
       ensealing and delivery hereof he is Lawfully Seized and Possessed
       of the afd Lands and premisses with the appurtenances in his own
       proper Right as of a good perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance
       and hath in himself good right full Power and Lawfull
       Authority to Grant bargain sell Alein Enfeoffe Convey and
       Confirm the said bargained Lands & premisses w.th the appurtenances
       in Manner as afd and that the same Tho.s Corne shall and
       may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
