       to the said tract or pcell of land called Strawberry Hill containing
       by estimation two hund.d acres of land more or less (Meets and bounds
       at present being unknowne) ^with^ all the rights beneffitts Houses edificies
       building and all other the appurtenances thereunto belonging To have
       and to hold the s.d granted and bargained premises w.th all the
       appurtenances priviledges and comodities thereunto belonging or in any
       wise appertaining to him the s.d Benj.a Mackall his heirs and Assignes for
       ever to his or their proper benefitt use and behoof for ever and to no other
       use intent or purpose w.tsoever And the said Thomas Corne and Eliz.a his
       wife for themselves their heirs ex.rs and adm.rs do covenant promise and
       grant to and with the s.d Benj.a Mackall his heirs and assignes by these
       presents in Manner and forme following (that is to say) that before the
       ensealing and delivery hereof they or one of them are Lawfully seized and
       Possessed of the afd Lands and premisses w.th the appurtenances in his own
       proper right as afd of a good perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance and
       hath in themselves good right full Power and Lawfull Authority to
       Grant bargain sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm the s.d Bargained
       Lands and Premisses w.th the appurtenances in manner as af.d and
       that the same Benj.a Mackall shall and may from time to time and
       at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully Peaceably & Quietly have hold
       use occupy possess and enjoy the said demised granted and bargained
       Lands and premises w.th the Premisses appurtenances free and clear
       and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of and from
       all manner of former Gifts Grants bargains Sales Leases Mortgages
       Wills Entails Joyntures Dowrys Judgm.ts Executions Incumbrances
       and Troubles whatsoever And the said Tho.s Corne and Elizabeth his
       wife do hereby farther covenant and bind themselves their heirs
       ex.rs and adm.rs firmly by these Presents to warr.t and defend the
       said Benj.a Mackall his heirs and assignes in Quiet and
       Peaceable poss.n in all the singular the said granted and bargained
       Lands and premisses with the appurtenances ag.t any Just and
       Lawfull Claim of any person or persons whatsoever  And the said
       Tho.s Corne and Eliz.a his wife for themselves their heirs ex.rs and
       adm.rs and for ever of them doe hereby coven.t promise grant and
       agree to and w.th the said Benj.a Mackall his heirs ex.rs and
       adm.rs and every of them for & by these presents in manner and
       form following (that is to say) that they the said Tho.s Corne &
       Eliz.a his wife their heirs ex.rs and adm.rs shall and will from
       time to time and at all times for ever hereafter at the
       reasonable requests costs and charges in the Law of him
       the said Benj.a Mackall his heirs and Assignes doe make
