372) acknowledge Levy Execute and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged Levyed Executed and Suffered all and every such farther and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things deed Devises Conveyances and Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the farther better & more perfect assureing surety and sure makeing of all and singular the Lands and Premisses afd w.th the appurtenances to him the s.d Benj.a Mackall his heirs & assignes for ever as by the s.d Benj.a Mackall his heirs & Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably devised advised or required In Testimony whereof the Parties abovesaid to these Indentures Interchangably have set their hands and affixed their seals the day & year first Above Written Tho.s Corne (Sea) Signed Sealed and deliv.d in Eliz.a Corne (Sea) the presence of James Mackall Tho.s Holdsworth On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t M.d that the within written Indre with the Lands and premisses therein Menconed was before us the fourteenth day of December Annoq Dom 1715 one thousand seven hundred and fifteen acknowledged by the within named Tho.s Corne and Eliz.a his wife to be the right of the within named Benj.a Mackall his heirs and Assignes for ever and at y.e same day & time came Eliz.a his wife who being secretly examined out of the hearing of her said husband did freely clearly and voluntarily confess that she did give up her right title and interest of and in the w.thin menconed Lands and premisses unto the said Benj.a Mackall his heirs and assignes for ever without any fear threats or displeasure of her said husband In Testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names the day & year above written James Mackall Tho.s Holdsworth Recorded June y.e 15.th 1716 |
