       That they the said Thomas Williams and Eliz.a his wife and
       their heirs ex.rs executors or administrators and all others
       claiming under him her or them should and would from
       time to time and at all times at the reasonable request
       and at the charges in the Law of the Said William Taylard
       his heirs or assignes make do suffer acknowledge and
       execute any further or other act or acts thing or things
       device or devices in the Law whatsoever that should be by the said
       William Taylard his heirs or assignes or his or their
       Councill Learned reasonably ^advised^ Devised or required for the
       further better and more sure makeing and conveying
       the said Bargained Land and premises with y.e appurtenances
       unto the said William Taylard his heirs and assignes forever
       according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Deed
       of release  And Whereas the afd Land and premises w.th
       the appurtenances by sundry mean conveyances thereof
       is Transfered and made over to the said Samuel Young Esq.r
       party to these presents This Indenture Wittnesseth   
       Further that the said Anthony Williams as well for the
       further assureance of the lands and premises afd to the s.d
       Samuel Young Esq.r as mediate assignee of the said William
       Taylard according to ^the^ Covenant for further assureances
       containd in the said Deed of release above mentioned as for
       and in consideration of the sume of Two thousand ^two^ to hundred
       pounds of tobacco by the said Samuel Young Esq.r to him y.e s.d
       Anthony Williams in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth
       hereby acknowledge Hath Remised released and forever
       Quited Claime and by these presents Doth for himselfe his
       heirs and assignes fully clearly and absolutely remise release
       and forever quit claime unto him the said Samuel Young
       Esq.r and to his heirs and assignes forever All the estate
       right title interest claime and demand whatsoever which
       he the said Anthony Williams Now hath or which he his
       heirs or assignes at any time hereafter may or ought to have
       of in and unto the aforementioned tract or parcell of land
