       Called Wisk als danby or any parte or parcell
       thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid
       Tract or parcell of Land and every parte and parcell thereof
       with its appurtenances unto the said Samuel Young Esq.r
       his heirs and assignes forever So that Neither he the s.d
       Anthony Williams nor his heirs nor any other person
       or persons for him or them or in his or their name or
       names right title or Stead shall & may by any wayes
       or meanes hereafter have claime Challenge or demand
       any Estate or Interest of in or to to the same p.rmises
       or any parte thereof but from all action right
       Estate title Interest & Demand of in or to the said
       Land and premises & every of them shall and will be
       utterly excluded and debarred forever by these presents
       In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and
       affixed their Seales the day and year first above Written

       On the back of y.e aforegoeing conveyance was thus endorst Viz.t

       Sealed and Delivered in the presence of
       John Warren  Da Dulany  William Maria Farthing
       29.th August 1715   Then Reced the within two thousand £ Toba
       two hundred pounds of tobacco the consideration w.thin       2200

    Memorandum that on the seventeenth day of October
       Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and Fifteen came before us
       two of his Majesties Justices ^of the peace for^ S.t Maries County the within
       Names Anthony Williams and acknowledged the within Deed

       I Doe hereby Certifie that W.m Asquith & W.m Watts whose
       names are subscribed to y.e aforegoeing acknowledgem.t of
       Anthony Williams are two of the Kings Majesties Justices
