347 Late of Baltemore County and since of S.t Maries County Planter Deceased Did by their Deeds of release duly executed and recorded bearing date the sixteenth day of July seventeen hundred and three for the consideration therein exprest give grant Bargaine Sell Enfeoffe Release & Confirme fully clearly & absolutely unto William Taylard by the Name of William Taylard of the Towne and port of Annapolis gent and to his heirs and assignes forever all that Tract or parcell of land called or known by the name of Wisk als Danby Lying on the western shore in Baltemore County and on the south side of a branch of a river there called the North East River and on the North East side of the said branch the said William Taylard then being in the actuall possession of the said Land by vertue of a Lease thereof to him made by the said Thomas Williams & Eliz.a his wife bearing date y.e 15.th day of July Anno Dom seventeen hundred and three Beginning at a markt pine tree standing in a bay by a marsh bite runing East South East downe the river for breadth three hundred and Fifty perches to a markt Mulberry Tree Standing on a Low point of Marsh on the East by a line drawn North and by east from the said Mulberry for Length three hundred and fifty perches on the North by a line drawn west north west from the end of the North and by East line for breath three hundred and fifty perches on the west by a line Drawne South and by west from the end of the west North west line unto the first markt pine on the south by the said River containing seven hundred acres of land more or Less And the said Thomas Williams and Elizabeth his wife among other covenants in the said Deed of release contained covenanted promised and granted (That) |
