       his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs ^ doth hereby covenant promise grant & agree to & with y.e said Charles his heirs ex.rs and administrators that he the said Thomas his heirs ex.rs or assignes^ shall and will at or before the
       said fourteenth day of September next pay or cause
       to be paid unto the said Charles his ex.rs or adm.rs the afd
       sume ^of^ one hundred and fifty pounds sterling or
       two hundred pounds Currant mony of Maryland
       with Legall Interest for the same for redemption
