345) afd unto him the said Charles his heirs heirs ex.rs and adm.rs to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Charles his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Thomas for himse his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doth hereby covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Charles his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and every of them that he y.e said Thomas his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs shall and & will from time to time and at all times hereaft.r warrant and defend all and singular the premises and every parte and parcell thereof unto him the said Charles his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs free & clear of and from all manner of incumbrances w.tsoever And that he the said Thomas shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter doe make suffer or procure to be done made and suffered All such further and other act & acts thing or things for the Better secureing and sure makeing the p.rmises unto him the said Charles his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs at the proper Costs and Charges of him the said Thomas as shall be by the the said Charles or his Councill Learned in the Law be reasonably advised & Devised Provided always and it is y.e true intent and meaning of these presents that in case the said Tho.s Docwra his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Charles the afd sume of one hundred and fifty pounds Sterl or two hundred pounds Currant mony of Maryl.d at or before the fourteenth day of Sept.r next with Legall Interest for the same that then the said this deed and every article covenant and clause therein shall be Void and of noe Effectt And further the said said Thomas for himselfe (his) |
