       Exeuld excluded and debarred for ever by these presents And
       y.e the said Thomas Frisby and my heirs the aforemenconed ^tract of^ Land &
       premises w.th their appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof (the before menconed two hundred and four acres of Land)
       unto the s.d Rachell Greenberry her heirs and Assignes [illegible]
       their own proper use ag.t me and my heirs and every other pson
       or psons lawfully claiming by from or under [illegible]
       Frisby shall and will warr.t and for ever defend by these
       presents  And lastly I the said Thomas Frisby [illegible]
       shall and will at any time hereafter at the reasonable request
       ^cost and^ charges in the law of her the said Rachell Greenberry
       heirs and assignes make do acknowledge [illegible] execute
       or cause to be made done suffered acknowledged and executed
       all and every such further & other reasonable act or acts
       thing or things device or devices assureance or assurances
       in the law whatsoever as by the said Rachel Greenberry
       her heirs & assignes or her or their Councill Learned in y.e
       law shall be reasonably devised advised or required for
       the better and more absolute assureance surety and sure
       makeing of all and singular the Premises according to y.e
       true Intent and Meaning of these presents In Wittness
       whereof I have hereunto set my hand & fixed my
       seale this tenth day of Sept.r in the year of our Lord God

       to be his act & deed to y.e uses within menconed
                   before me being one of his Maj.tys Justices of the prov.ll
               Court of Maryland                        Sam.l Young

       Sept.r y.e 10.th 1715   Then reced from M.rs Rachel Greenberry
       the Q.ty of three hundred and forty three pounds of tobacco
       being the alenacon fine on y.e within land
