       Determine and be void to all Intents and Purposes otherwise
       that deed should ber and continue in full force and effect as ^if^ the
       afd proviso had never been made as by the same deed of Indenture
       afd referrence being thereto had may more at Large appear
       And Whereas the said Tho.s Frisby have not paid the sume of
       one hundred and fifty two pounds fifteen shill sterl or any p.t thereof
       according to the proviso afd or otherwise And whereas also
       the said Rachell Greenberry has released remised and for ever
       Quitted all manner of Claime unto me the said Tho.s Frisby
       my heirs and Assignes of in and unto two hundred and four
       acres of the afd tract of Land being taken or to be taken out
       of that corner of the said Land that Lyes lowest down the river
       Sasafrax afd haveing heretofore agreed for the sayle of the
       same to one Thomas Cook of the said Cecill County   Now know
       Yee that I the said Tho.s Frisby for and in Consid.n of the p.rmises
       as also for divers other Good Causes and Consid.ns me thereunto
       moveing have remised released and forever Quitted Claim and by
       these presents do for me my heirs and assignes fully clearly and
       absolutely remise release and for ever Quit Claim unto the s.d
       Rachell Greenberry (in her full and peaceable poss.n and
       seisin being) and to her heirs and assignes for ever all the
       Estate Right title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever
       whether the same be by any Equity of Redemption of the s.d
       Mortgaged premises or otherwise which I the Said Thomas
       Frisby now have or w.ch I or my heirs at any time hereafter
       may or ought to have of in or to all the aforemenconed tract
       of Land and premises with their appurtenances except the two
       hundred and four acres of land before menconed to be sold or
       intended to be sold to the said Thomas Cooke To have and to
       hold the s.d tract of Land & premises with their appurtenances
       to the said Rachell Greenberry her heirs and Assignes for
       ever so that neither I the said Thomas Frisby nor my heirs
       nor any other person or persons for me or them in mine or
       their name or Names right Title or stead shall or may by
       any ways and means hereafter Claim have Challenge
       or demand any Estate or Interest of in or to the same
       premises or any part thereof (except as before excepted) but
       from all accon right estate title interest and demand and
       also from all equity of redemption of in or to the aforemenconed
       Premises (except the before excepted) shall and will be utterly
