                   On the back of w.ch s.d deed was thus Endorst Viz.t

       Septemb the 14 1715  Then Came the within named W.m Dowglass
       party to y.e within deed before me Samuell Young one of his
       Maj.tys hon.ble prov.l Court Justices and acknowledged this deed
       according to Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided

x.d         To all Persons to whome these presents
       shall Come Thomas Frisby of Cecill County in the province
       of Maryland Gent sendeth Greeting Whereas I the said Tho.s
       Frisby heretofore by deed of Indenture duly acknowledged &
       recorded in the land records of the prov.l Court bearing date the
       sixteenth day of Aprill Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
       and fourteen for the Consid.n of one hundred and fifty two p.ds
       fifteen shill sterl to me in hand paid by Rachell Greenberry
       of Annarundell County in the province of Maryland widd.w
       bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed unto the said Rachel
       Greenberry all that tract or parcell of land called Painters
       rest Lying on the north side of sassafrax river at the head
       of the said river in Cecill County containing and Laid out
       by the survey thereof for sixteen hundred and thirty acres
       more or less To have and to hold the afd Land and p.rmises
       with their appurtenances unto her the said Rachell Greenberry
       her heirs and assignes for ever with a Condition or Provissoe
       thereto Subscribed that In Case I the said Tho.s Frisby my
       heirs or Assignes should at or before the sixteenth day of
       October which should be in the year of our Lord one thous.d
        seven^teen^ hundred and fourteen pay or cause to be paid unto y.e
       said Rachell Greenberry her heirs ex.rs or adm.rs the full and
       just sum of one hundred and fifty two pounds fifteen shill
       sterl money of Great Brittaine by good bills of exchange
       or otherwise according to the likeing of the said Rachell
       Greenberry that then the said deed and every Clause and
       Article therein and the Estate thereby made to cease
